CSView on Windows - Add an "Open With..." option.

First - thanks for making this! it's a great tool that really delivers on what it says.
A common flow I have is to open a file in CSView for browsing, and then realizing I need to open it in a more full-scale app (e.g. Excel).
Would be great if the menu had an "Open With..." option which would launch the OS app selector.
