Seeking help as a user

Hello all. First, Im just a user and not a dev. Anyway, my phone is running LineageOS (Android 15) and Im having trouble getting an app to run (Ford, previously FordPass). I was looking through logs and found a couple of references to Trustkit, so I am hoping someone can help me to understand if this is the cause of the Ford app crashing.
