`maximize_remaining` to equip the remaining space in the viewport for unchanged default_width window

I have enabled maximize_if_single but if i spawned another windows then resize it, There will be some unequipped space, I would like that the first windows equip the remaining space (If it doesn't have a pre defined size).
Not sure if it possible with the current version.

When there is a third window no need to expand neither the windows as all the view is equipped, Only if two got resized to a very small size then expand the unsized window.

Self descriptive names are maximize_remaining_for_unsized or maximize_remaining_view_for_unsized

This can be done with a script instead of adding more options that are too specific. But to write the script, we need to know exactly what you want.

When you say that a window doesn't "have a pre-defined size", I don't understand what you mean, because every window has a fractional size. Do you mean the first one you open? That uses the default size, as do all the rest when you open them. Or do you mean any window that uses default_width?

I have just realized this is the default behavior of sway and i3, If you resized a window it would also resize the neighbored windows to fit the entire viewport!

Yes, because they are pure tiling window managers, all the windows need to always fit the viewport. In a scrolling layout the main idea is you don't need to have your windows auto-resized, you choose the size, and they stay that way.

You basically want to have a hybrid.
