scrollmsg -t get_bindings

We have get_binding_state and get_binding_modes commands in scrollmsg.
A new get_bindings that returns key bindings for current mode would be quite useful to create a cheat-sheet with key bindings to show. I have lots of them and I don't remember some commands often.

I understand scroll/sway already have bindings parsing from the config file, so I think it shouldn't be too difficult.

This is a great feature to support beginners. Niri has a way to introspect bindings.

There is PR to add this to Sway, created back in 2020:
swaywm#5561
