Is this Extension deployed as of now?

The extension is not yet deployed. It is still in development and testing.

The extension is totally usable, and you can add it to your browser through the unpacked option (refer to README.md, it's quite easy). The extension is not available on any web stores as of now, but I am thinking of uploading it to Edge and Brave browser web stores as soon as the latest pull requests are merged (within a week). Unfortunately, Chrome web store is not that dev friendly and requires a registration fee, however if the demand is high, I may upload it there too.
