Installing gorump from ppa:engineering-s/gorump failed (missing rumprun.tar.gz on S3)

Following instructions in README, attempt at installing gorump via apt-get failed:

yeh we nuked that a while ago - #44 - I'm open to other solutions or just modifying the instructions

Thanks, @eyberg ! Is the Google Cloud package referenced in #44 publicly available? i am trying install from source as a fallback. Thanks!

the links are publicly available -> https://storage.googleapis.com/gorump/gorump.tar.gz - I think the last time this was looked at was we were going to setup travis to plop in a new tarball on each successful build but that never happened - lmk if this link works for you - otherwise nxt time we port to a higher version 1.8/1.9 maybe we can revisit this and setup the build properly
