Translation to other languages (e.g portuguese)

Translation for other languages than english (e.g portuguese from Portugal).

There's already a reasonable amount of the architecture in place to support this 🙂

If you look in each engine (ShinyBlog, ShinyPages, etc) there's an en.yml file in plugins/[PluginName]/config/locales that contains all the English language strings that can be easily translated by the existing code if somebody makes a file for a new language in the same directory containing the translated strings - e.g. copy en.yml to pt.yml and put the Portuguese translations in there.

Contributions of translation files would be really really gratefully accepted! Especially Spanish and Portuguese, as they're so widely-spoken around the world.

I'm not sure what happens if there's only some phrases translated but not all of them - I think it's set up so you can fall back to another language, with it defaulting to English if all else fails, but if you start adding translations and it doesn't seem to be working right I'd be really happy to try to help you figure out what's missing - and maybe improve the documentation for adding translations. Or ask you to improve the documentation, as it'll be fresh in your mind 😄

I think we're in a race now... I need to finish and merge the work I'm doing to extend the functionality in the feature/shop-product dev branch before you start doing the Shop plugin translation 😉 At least it's last on your list, that gives me some chance! 😆 Although I think all the other ones are quite small in comparison.
