test android build on buildserver

by fetching the anrdoid SDK and NDK, an android build could be done on travis. Although no tests could be run, checking the compilation still has some value.

I don't see the value of that if there's not something like a docker container.
The fetching of those things will increase the build time by a certain amount of time.
