Changes so that other communities could host their own Hacktoberfests

I think this would include the following items to be broken into their own issues once they are decided on:

1. Deployment Documentation
2. Abstract branding and specific text copy from inline code
3. add Attribution to the repo so that we get credit
4. ?????
5. Profit
