Duplicate posts updated by fetcher.js

I was testing the API yesterday with several users. When I checked the database I found many duplicate posts, they are exactly the same, except having different _id. Those duplicate posts come from some specific feeds (Life hacker, Android Central, etc), some of them have more than one subscribers, some have only one. And the duplicate posts come from each update of fetcher.js.
