Add backend function for user-submitted forms

Description

When a user submits a form, it should appear on the admin page.

Requirements

When a user submits a form, the data should be stored and displayed on the admin dashboard (User Request).

Admin should be able to:

• View all submitted form details.

• Modify any user information (e.g., name, surname, address, etc.) when needed.

• Changes made by admin should update the stored data in the database.
