Dmg can't be opened on Sonoma 14.3

The following error occurs when trying to open the app:

“TempBox” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software.

System: M3 Pro on Sonoma 14.3

You have to go in System settings -> Privacy & Security and scroll down. You will see a button "Open anyway".
