Integrate manuscript view into Mirador #267
Description
User Story: When a user opens the Mirador viewer, the viewer should default to transcription image, as it does now, but it needs to be very clear how users can toggle between transcription and manuscript image. There should be a very clear toggle button that allows users to view the manuscript image for each page, and to toggle back and forth between manuscript and transcription view. Ideally, users should be able to view the annotations on either the transcription or the manuscript view, since the coordinates will be the same.
