Hi Jakub,
There isn’t an AI-based Lu-177 segmenter, but there is a threshold-based workflow that can segment a series and export the mask to help train your own AI model.

Open a reconstructed tomographic SPECT/CT study.

Go to:
Workflows → PSMA Lu-177 → Threshold-based segmentation → PSMA Lu-177 Tumor Segmentation (Threshold)

Run the workflow, then use the Next/Delete Contour panel with the Contour toolbar to refine the segmentation. When finished, go to File → Export → Contours and save as .nrrd or .nii to generate the mask.

Hello I tried to do it with my Lu177 NM and CT Nifti imported, but because Nifti doesn't have a modality tag it always gives an error that I need to add a NM and CT file
