Add `expandWildcardImports` feature to the Maven Plugin

Library version 4.2.0 added support for expandWildcardImports to the java plugin, but it appears to have only added support for it in the Gradle plugin with #2744. Is it possible to also add it to the Maven plugin?

It could be done, happy to merge a PR for it, looks like it'd be a big project. Dunno if the original author @Plunts has any advice on this.

I never wrote a plugin for maven myself, so I'd have to look a few things up. The main question would be how to get the list of dependencies (the jar files, not just the artifact name) and source folders. The rest of the formatter is already independent from gradle.
