[Terraform] [AWS] locals and variables values.

Describe the bug

When you choose an argument value from a local or variable value, you didn't get the correct value.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the text view
2. Add a variable or local and reference it to an AWS ressource
3. Switch to the draw view
4. See that the resource is successfully created, go to component details name section

Expected behavior

Ressource name should be the same value as the variable/local
