Building immortalwrt with divested patches

Hello everyone. Trying to build Immortalwrt 23.05.5 with divested patches, but I can't apply patches, getting error everytime. It's my first time to apply patches. And I need help.
Why Immortal? Its A lot of packages integrated which I need.
Why Immortal? Because its stable with marwell wifi. 5G working stable.

My device is Linksys WRT1900 ACS

First:

~/Documents/immortalwrt$ git am ~/Documents/divested/patches/*.patch

Error messenge:
fatal: предыдущий каталог перемещения .git/rebase-apply еще существует, но передан mbox.
