you can use h264decoder:

Please note that you will need to modify the code when building it.

I've heard that the cause of such problems is that DJI only creates libraries for python2 and is not compatible with python3.
It takes about an hour to build (or more precisely, install ffmpeg from vcpkg), but you can enjoy video without lag.
