Make buttons and other elements work for other players #2

Other users besides those with the mod installed should be able to interact with the additional buttons. In theory the other fields and radio group should be synced, namely just action buttons need to work for other players. Since I plan to move all my mods to a monorepo, this functionality would be good to add to a shared library.
(shh I know MonkeyLoader can already do this)
