path not correct

After selecting code generation and give only filename without changing directory fails with error "file already exists, overwrite ?" If you select "yes, overwrite" no file is written.

i am not able to reproduce this..

i am running with winuae on OS 3.1 with Amikit 10. Go to Menu "generate code" select c-code and save. The the filerequester appears with listed current path. The two Stringgadgets on button are empty, if you write in only a filename in the second and press save. A Requetster apoears The file already exists ( what is not correct) if you select "overwrite" no file is written on current drive. I can reproduce it.
