Will the AI Chat Template be updated to use Agent Framework/AG-UI?

On the .NET Conf live stream yesterday, this demo showed a solution using the AI Chat template integrated with the Agent Framework and AG-UI. Very cool stuff.

I wanted to give this a try myself, but even after updating the template to the latest version (10.0.0-preview.3.25560.10 released yesterday) and creating a new project, I noticed the project still does not use anything related to Agent Framework/AG-UI.

So, will the template be updated to leverage these new libraries? I'm assuming that what was shown will be the new way to develop AI chat clients using Blazor going forward, but please correct me if I'm wrong!

Also, if the code for this particular demo is available somewhere, I'd appreciate if someone could link it.
