Generic records now supported.

You can now define generic records:

List: record<T> {
   value: T
   next: List<T>
}

foo = new List<string>
foo.value = "hi"

bar = new List<int>
bar.value = 3

NOTE: You still can't pass in an unbound generic record to a proc but you can pass a bound record:

print_intlist: proc(x: List<int>) {
  if x != null { println x.value print_intlist(x.next) }
}
