Frequent ConnectionPool::PoolShuttingDownError after moving from version 2 to 4

We have scrapers running on many threads and after migrating from net-http-persistent from version 2.9.4 to version 4.0.1 we are getting a lot of ConnectionPool::PoolShuttingDownError

Is there any configuration on this error?
