Send Midi cc

I was wondering if it would be possible to sequence patch changes vic midi cc values, such as a filter sweep across the events?

@mrglennjones I've been thinking about how to do this and I might try something a bit different than what we did with bank/program change. That approach would require creating a parameter for every MIDI port x channel x CC#. That's 2048 parameters for each port 😬!

I have an idea that I think could solve this and offer some other advantages, but I'll have to set aside some time for it. No ETA, but I'll let you know when I have an update.

I think events with #cc climb 100, fall 100 with a variety of shapes to make it the control subtle like using an lfo with sines and triangles etc could be good?

Or even the note positions could have the cc values that they fall or climb to attached... would take some effort this.
