Incorporate VIIRS Burned Area Product

Feature Description

There is now an integrated VIIRS and MODIS burned area product. See FIRMS for VIIRS data release. We propose incorporating the VIIRS product into the algorithm.

Problem Statement

Currently, FIREDpy uses only the MODIS burned area product, but could be updated to incorporate VIIRS data as well.
