Fix FIREDpy Test Functions

Bug Description

The two test workflow runs for FIREDpy are out of date and not working. Updating these functions to work will save time while incorporating updates to the algorithm.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Actions
2. Both workflow runs are in a failure state

Expected Behavior

Unsure what these workflows do - we may need to reach out to Erick. It's possible we should just rebuild these since they are likely out of date.

Useful test workflows

Note: unsure if these tests are more code semantics - or actually verifying functions are delivering expected outputs. Check with @ttuff to confirm. It could be useful to pick a small test country or area (e.g. Papua New Guinea) we could use as a control for validating updates.

1. Ensure no issues with data access (ex. earthaccess is working)
2. Ensure all columns have data (ex. no NAs in landcover)
3. Dictionary of functions - ensure all are working properly
4. Attributes are being calculated properly (ex. fire speed, cFRP)
