[BUG] massive CSV outputted even if it's not asked for

## Bug Description
If you run firedpy for Ethiopia, for example, it will out a csv for the daily and events into the outputs directory. For the daily, it's 'fired_ethiopia_2000_to_2024_daily.csv' and it's 1.7 GB. Kind of a lot of stuff to write out if the user is not asking for it.
