Improve Pull Sketch from PCB command meaning #241

Personally I was avoiding ever clicking 
because I had no intention of replacing the Freecad sketch. As a workaround to get an updated 3D board layout I used use external file links. But that is not necessary, because Pull Sketch from PCB does a bit more than updating the sketch:
Firstly, I think the first option could be removed, as there is no harm if sketch gets loaded into existing document by mistake.
Then to avoid ambiguity Pull Sketch from PCB could be renamed to something like: Pull PCB layout or Pull edge from PCB.
Alternatively, instead of opening the second dialog window, there could be two entries in the menu:
Pull Sketch from PCB ,
Pull 3D PCB layout
Hopefully this can be improved for the new users sanity.
