New update has been checked in as release v0.3.0-alpha which includes additional updates (more work to follow) related to the following

• Implement Python platform discovery feature
• Get Project Properties
• nbproject\project.properites not created correctly
• Python Project Setup
• Implement Python Execution Feature
• Update dependencies to more recent version to reduce security concerns

A nbm artifact has been attached and should be installable to NetBeans 15.

Additional setup is needed before use which includes
(1) Have a valid python platform setup
(2) Have the python-language-server installed (i.e. python -m pip install python-language-server[all]).
