Question: How to generate report from SparkplugTCKResults.log

I'd like some help with the process of generating a report from a SparkplugTCKResults.log file.

Look at history of sparkplug/tck/src/main/java/org/eclipse/sparkplug/tck/test/common on 3.x and you'll see 79ff459d seems to add functionality to the web console to generate the report, but I'm not seeing how to do that. Any documentation on this?

This seems to be related to #480 and #417, although may not be a duplicate of 480 because it sounds like the latest intent is to generate the report from webconsole which should prevent me having to call report.py at all. If that's not the case and we should expect to need to run report.py, 480 needs to be addressed.

Indirectly; hard to make a listing request if I'm not able to generate a test report.

Figured out that report.py needs some build artifacts to run. 

Submitted #557, as I'm running the TCK on Windows.
