Error creating atlas files (aparc.a2009s+aseg.nii.gz)

Dear community:
I am running Ciftify in an example dataset and I am getting this warning, the process does not crash but doesn't generate the atlas files correctly in each subject.

Any help or ideas would be vary helpfull.
