Bottom buttons duplicated on top of editing interfaces #21

From Sanger:
"Could we duplicate the “Delete” “Edit” and “Save” buttons at the top of the Note/Query editing page instead of having them only at the bottom? That way you don’t have to don’t have to scroll all the way down to the bottom each time you have a change."
