Support for ember-cli-deploy 0.5.0?

Any desire to support the latest cut of ember-cli-deploy? I'd be happy to pitch in if there's interest.

To follow up on this, I created a 0.5.0 compatible addon that uses this repo and ember-cli-deploy-s3-index as inspiration. Any feedback you have is more than welcome!
