P3724 Strengthen motivation for each rounding mode #147
Description
BSI was not entirely convinced that all the rounding modes are necessary.
div_rem_to_zero could be additionally motivated by acting as a wrapper for a compiler intrinsic that does division and remainder in one.
div_ties_to_zero could be additionally motivated by being the fastest tie-breaking rounding mode.
