Why are the test results inconsistent with the model weights provided in your paper？

These are my test results in the model and paper you provided. Although they are very similar, they are still different.
In theory, this should be the same. What is the reason for the difference?

Sorry for interruption, but what's the total size of the RealEstate10K dataset you downloaded? I got no answer in other issues. Is that almost 3TB? My 1TB disc have no more space when downloading.
