convert namespace/domain from dot notation to camelCase

So type.object.name would become typeObjectName. This will make queries much easier to manage in Cypher.

This gets a bit more complex because of the underscores that are also added:
common.topic.also_known_as for example. Perhaps properties should be stripped of their prefix if possible--there probably aren't too many collisions.
