How do I install gedcomq (CLI executables) with `go`?

Error:

$ go install github.com/elliotchance/gedcom@latest

It would be really helpful to have an INSTALL file, for those of us not familiar with Go.

I believe this should work:

go install github.com/elliotchance/gedcom/v39/cmd/gedcom@latest

I haven't touched this project in a long time and Go has evolved a lot, so I had to look that up as well.
