Not working in Sublime Text 3

Installed from within SL3 Build 3047, using Package Control v2.0.0-alpha7. Running on Ubuntu 13.04.

Tools > Java > Java Setter Getter is always grayed out, even when a Java field is highlighted. Example:

    private int myVal;

Highlighting the whole or parts of the line does not cause Tools > Java > Java Setter Getter to ungray. Ctrl + K, Ctrl + J does not work either.

Problem persists after a clean restart of SL3.

I haven't upgraded to ST3 just yet. What I think I'll end up doing is having a legacy version of what runs in Sublime Text 2, and then have a version that is ST3 compatible. Unless there are ways to have all the code live within a single codebase and conditionally execute lines depending on version. I'll take a look at the API docs to see what changed and figure this out. If anyone else is familiar with ST3 already and wants to offer help I'll be very greatful.

ST3 uses Python 3.3, running 2to3 on JavaSetterGetter.py gave me these diffs -

Also, according to the ST3 porting guide, begin_edit() and end_edit() are deprecated, I think.

Other packages (e.g. Package Control, SidebarEnhancements) seem to have two branches, master and st3, for dealing with ST2/3 compatibility. There doesn't seem to be any comfortable way to get around this yet I believe. I will be happy to help once I figure out how to use Github.

I've created a fork of the repo with new branch 'st3', and managed to make this branch work with ST3. I can't do a pull request into a new branch 'st3' in the main repo, GitHub doesn't seem to have this functionality. If you create a branch 'st3' or similar I can do a pull request into it, if permissible?

I totally forgot about this. By now, everyone's probably moved on. Is there any interest remaining for this?
