Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Gildun reported on the Entropy : Zero 2 Discord server and on my Discord server that many Bad Cop responses don't play from npc_badcop because they are based on criteria which are not set. For maps that include npc_badcop, it would be preferable if he spoke all of the same responses as the player Bad Cop.

Describe the solution you'd like

npc_badcop and npc_clonecop should include all contexts related to the player. For some of these, they may also be set to 0. (For example, in_vehicle.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Mappers could manually add these contexts to restore functionality. Gildun changed the responses to remove these criteria, although I find that a less desirable solution as it involves changing the talker files.
