Question: PVAccess compatibility?

1. Is there any way that this could be made to work with PV Access?
2. Is there something else that people using PV Access should try using instead of caPutLog?

Both QSRV1 (pva2pva) and QSRV2 (pvxs) make the necessary API calls for caPutLog to function.

I have been remiss in not merging PR #5 since the release of EPICS 7.0.7 which it needed. That PR does currently have merge conflicts against the tip of the master branch here, although I suspect they are probably minor.

I'll be spending several hours on an airplane on Friday, I will try to rebase it then and test the results.

The master caputlog works with PVA since EPICS 7.0.7.
