Horizontal scroll bar obscures last entry on long tab lists

I've recently noticed this issue (see screenshot below) that means when I scroll down and hover over the final tab it is obscured by the horizontal scroll bar and I am unable to select it.

I'd just like to say how valuable I've found this extension. As you can see, I tend to have several tabs open at once and I find in essential. Thank you!

I'll have to find a way to repro it. It looks like the problem is that there should be a vertical scroll bar but
the renderer decides it isn't needed.

A possible workaround is to add a hit to the pattern. Let's say you have gmail up in one tab. Then changing your
search to crystal palace|mail.google.com will add one more hit to the list and bring up a vertical scroll bar,
and then you should be able to reach that elusive entry.
