fs_game defaults to basegame instead of knowngame

fs_game defaults to basegame instead of knowngame. Causes knowngame vpks to not be loaded.

i.e. opening a Portal map with the default preferences will have missing textures because only the base hl2 vpks get loaded.

Repro steps:

• Open SourceRadiant with Portal selected as the game.
• Look at Preferences > Game.

i would like to figure out how i could define multiple "knowngames" so that the Half-Life 2 profile could also include Ep1, Ep2 and HL2DM. will probably require some code changes. thanks for the heads up!

somewhat addressed in 5dc3461 but it still doesn't default to one of the fs_knowngames instead of fs_basegame. will do next!
