terminal depdencies for espressif-ide problematic (IEP-1678)

hi, i'm attempting to install github-copilot on tg espressif-ide
now apart from missing a depedency of lang3 https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/184718
i've encountered another issue where copilot complians it doesn't have tm feature.
even thouhg your distro includeds
according to this microsoft/copilot-eclipse-feedback#10 the terminal was moved from CDT to eclipse platfrom which changed it's identification, so i'm assuming you're still using the old terminal. are there plans on moving it as well?

latest esp plugin version is 4 not 3.1.0

Thank you for reporting this! We’ve already updated the terminal plugin on master, and we have the PR where we upgraded the Eclipse platform version as well. These changes will be included in the next release.

Although the PR is still under testing, you can already try downloading the artifact from this PR, which contains the updated terminal plugin.
