Move NS_ENUM and NS_OPTIONS compatibility macros to Macros.h or similar #63
Description
COEditingContext.h contains NS_ENUM and NS_OPTIONS compatibility macros, these should be put into a dedicated header, probably together with other compatibility macros found in EtoileFoundation/Macros.h.
