Installation through puppet fails due to missing dependency

Tried to install this module through

puppet module install example42/munin

However, it failed:

Error: Could not install module 'example42-munin' (latest)
  No version of 'example42-munin' will satisfy dependencies
    You specified 'example42-munin' (latest)
    Use `puppet module install --force` to install this module anyway

Probably because the dependency "jfryman/inittab" is not available anymore on puppet:
http://forge.puppetlabs.com/jfryman/inittab

Uhm, there seems to be only this inittab module on the forge now:
http://forge.puppetlabs.com/ghoneycutt/inittab
have to verify if its compatible with jfryman's one.

Those modules are not interchangeable. I would suggest to either remove the dependency to jfryman/inittab and document it in the README as optional or to remove the munin::cgi support at all.
