Arch instructions install a very outdated version of sapling

The officially published upstream doc lists yay -S sapling-scm-bin as the way to install on Arch, but that installs sapling from 2023. Either the AUR should be updated or the instructions removed. It caused a lot of confusion because the command doesn't match other things in the docs.

Alternate installation instructions that seem to work:

yay -S debtap
sudo debtap -u
curl -L -o sapling.deb https://github.com/facebook/sapling/releases/download/0.2.20250521-115337%2B25ed6ac4/sapling_0.2.20250521-115337%2B25ed6ac4_amd64.Ubuntu22.04.deb
debtap sapling.deb

Edit the PKGINFO when it prompts you & remove all the depend lines - they seem to be superfluous for the binary itself & result in a package that fails to install.

Then:

sudo pacman -U sapling-0.2.20250521-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst
