MobileNet V2 (float32) about 2x slower than TFLite's version on Android phone with ARM processor #67
Description
I tried running Caffe2's MobileNet V2 on an Android phone with ARM processor and it is about 2x slower than TFLite's version. Has anyone tried comparing the performance of the 2 frameworks? Is it normal? If not, is there any configuration that I need to turn on to make it faster.
