I'm developing a commercial software product that integrates SAM3 as a core component with a custom UI layer.

Business Model:

• Commercial software (paid license/subscription)
• Custom UI/UX wrapper around SAM3
• SAM3 model weights remain under SAM License
• Target users: professionals in creative industry

Questions regarding license compliance:

1. Distribution method:
   Which approach is recommended for commercial products?

   • A) Bundle SAM3 weights directly in the installer
   • B) Auto-download weights from HuggingFace during installation
     (using embedded access token)

2. License compliance:

   • SAM_LICENSE.txt will be included with distribution
   • Our wrapper code is proprietary
   • SAM3 materials remain under your original license
   • Is this dual-licensing approach acceptable?

3. Attribution requirements:

   • Planning to include "Powered by Meta SAM3" in the product
   • What are the minimum attribution requirements for commercial use?

4. Gated model distribution:

   • Since SAM3 is gated on HuggingFace, are there any additional
     requirements for commercial redistributors?

UPDATE:

I noticed that commercial products like Blace Plugins
(available on aescripts.com) are distributing SAM3 in bundled
format. This suggests bundled distribution is acceptable.

Could you confirm this is the recommended approach, or should
we use auto-download instead?
