About cmp.h5 Input

Dear developers,
As I know, Pacbio Sequel do not support cmp.h5 as alignment file. If I have Bam file as alignment format,could I use your R package? Thanks.

Thank you for your interest. Currently, the package only supports PacBio RS II data. It is our goal to also support PacBio Sequel data, but this may take some time (implementation and evaluation). We will update this page as soon as possible. Best.
