update docker file to build the rest api #2

Context:
Docker file throw an error when building the app on macos m1 chip (prisma related).
To do:
Try to find a solution for that bug (build on the cloud ?),
Update docker-compose to add the rest api build
Reproduction:
run docker build .
an error is thrown on macos m1 chip related to prisma binary targets
